My most recent publications have appeared in Annals of the Association of American Geographers, New Media & Society, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, Environment and Planning A, Conservation Biology and Area. Go to the publication page to download them.

My first book, ‘Transforming the Frontier. Peace Parks and the Politics of Neoliberal Conservation in Southern Africa‘ was published in 2013 by Duke University Press. Two other books, both edited collections, also came out fairly recently: ‘The Ecotourism – Extraction Nexus: Political Economies and Rural Realities of (un)Comfortable Bedfellows‘, co-edited with Veronica Davidov and published in 2013 by Routledge in the ISS/Routledge Studies in Rural Livelihoods; and Nature™ Inc: Environmental Conservation in the Neoliberal Age, co-edited with Wolfram Dressler and Robert Fletcher and published in 2014 by the University of Arizona Press.
